The food is fabulous. The service stellar. My favorite food item is the Hawaiian empanada. Now the empanadas are just perfect. It's like they took an arepa and turned it into an empanada. One of the best parts about the empanadas, as you can buy them frozen to cook at home. You can make them in the air fryer or the traditional way and deep fry them. I did them both ways and love them equally. My company couldn't even tell the difference. Air fry from frozen at 350 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

The food here is really good. I have been back several times and they never disappoint.The Bandeja paisa,Birria tacos,Empanada’s everything is excellent.They are located at The Emporium on Dolson avenue open only Friday-Sunday.They definitely need a restaurant sometimes it’s hard to wait until Friday.

Their food and customer service are outstanding, very little to no wait time, friendly staff, beautiful presentation, great portions for the value, freshly prepared. 10/10. this guys are one of the best Latin fusion restaurants in the entire Hudson valley!

Delicious and creative menu with new specials every day. Consistent, Family friendly environment. Definitely should be visited. At the Emporium Square Artisan Market, 128 Dolson Ave, Middletown New York; every Sat and Sun from 10am 6pm.

The food at Fresh Valley is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. The owners are extremely friendly and truly care about their customers and offer the best quality food. Highly recommend
