Tonight I ordered french fries fried hard and I walked for pick up and specifically ordered crispy fried fried hard. When I return home the french fries will lose the wiggly. So when I called back to inform them they told me that the delivery man went home so the order can be exchanged, which they lied to me because at the end when I asked for the exchange I ended up getting a delivery. They lie, the kitchen is dirty, do not eat there if you are not confident that the food is an actual animal, the woman who takes the calls is very rude, and do not ever expect commendations for their mistakes and the lack of their attention to detail when it comes to orders.
I ordered from this restaurant on Seamless and found mouse droppings in the rice. After I got a refund, they called me at 11 pm to scream at me that I was lying about the mouse droppings in the rice. I've never had a problem ordering from there until today and I will not be ordering from them again after this. It is horrid customer service to call, scream at a customer and say they are lying about food they received. Do not support this business.
They close at 10pm which is pretty early in NYC. The food is average. Nothing to write home about. It's pricey now as inflation has taken its toll on everything. However, if you look at their website it has old prices when the food was decent for the price. Now the food is I'm craving for dirty Chinese food. Very situational.
$7 lo mein (small) noodles, vegetables, and a light soy sauce. Extremely healthy and tasty and like it should be. Does not contain any sugar or excessive amounts of oil like I see elsewhere.

The restaurant could use some renovations, but overall, it’s quite good. The staff is friendly and takes your order quickly. I highly recommend their small fried shrimp with tostones!
This is a great and efficient Chinese restaurant. I usually place an order from here whenever I'm in the area, and I've never received anything less than delicious food.
I've ordered from Fresh Wok many times. I love their steam dumplings and fried Wontons. The service is good, which makes the waiting worth it.

This is the best sesame chicken I've had in ages! The combo meals are really affordable too.
