I wanted this location to still be delicious! We haven’t been in a while and we are so disappointed. It’s completely changed. I don’t know if the staff doesn’t know what’s happening or if they don’t stock correctly but we went once on a Saturday and it was such a miss we couldn’t believe it. So we went back this past Thursday and still couldn’t fathom just had bad it has gotten. Our first visit, we ordered for 4, two orders one of regular fries other sweet! The sweet were great but the regular fries are just a miss for us. My kids got the tenders and one a hot dog. Tenders were overly greased almost seemed like bad fryer oil. When I arrived, the staff was very nice and remade my coworker's order as well as the missing items from my own order. I headed back to work again, handing off the updated food to my coworker in the office. Unfortunately, the broth was ice cold, and not all the ingredients were included in the bowl, so she ended up throwing it out without eating. I called again to request a refund and was informed that it would take 3-5 days, which is standard. However, I didn’t like that there was no way to confirm the refund, and I really don’t have the time to follow up on it—especially when I’m at work. A few times now I’ve given the milkshakes a try because I figured the first time was just a one off incident. In the three or four times I’ve been here, I’ve gotten a milkshake, and each time it’s been the same experience. The strawberry shake has full, nonblended strawberries in it, making it just about impossible to enjoy. The chocolate shake was not blended nearly enough and had some powder of some sort in it, so I was getting chunks of that through the straw. Lastly, they are always so watery when I get them. Needs to get better at updating hours online. Advertises they close at 7pm but have went to visit before 7pm (within the 5-6:30pm range) and has been closed each time.First time i ordered from Fresh was at 6:30pm because i saw the advertised 7pm time , put the order in, got there and was told they were closed so i had to go back when I was able to find them actually open and have my order remade. I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and it's conveniently located near my workplace at Amazon. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the atmosphere. They had delightful Christmas music playing, which added to the experience. I highly recommend trying the Zavi Special; it's the best drink on the menu!
The salad and juice I ordered were great, but the Mediterranean bowl was disappointing. The quinoa was somehow undercooked and baked into hard clumps. The crunchy chickpeas were also a little hard to eat. Compared to the salad, the bowl was a much smaller and blander portion.
