I visited the Freshii location in the Rosemont Premium mall for the first time. I dined in the food court. I don't usually go to fast food restaurants in the mall. I was impressed with the Pangoa Bowl the food was fresh and delicious. I wish there were more closer locations. Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian but the pangoa bowl comes with vegetables and rice you can add the chicken. It was delicious Dietary restrictions: Everything was fresh to order. I wish there were more locations in the Chicagoland suburbs atea.
Ordered a burrito that is suppose to be vegetarian and all I got in the burritto was literally just Brown rice with mayonnaise. THey put only TWO ingredients in that burrito and that was not what I ordered. Try to rip people off. Very deceptive. Never again will I come here or order from freshii even if I am starving.
I got the spicy Lemongrass Soup. It was different than a few years ago as I remember. It used to be in a large container cup. The broth was weak and the noodles are different, was disappointed. Was so looking forward to this soup for lunch. Will try a salad next time. The veggies with added chicken were great.
The prices are somewhat high, but the food is genuinely healthy and the staff is friendly. On one occasion, the lettuce was a bit wilted, but this is still the only place nearby where you can find vegan options. The portion sizes are quite reasonable too.

Nice to have a healthy option but it?s very bland. Boiled chicken with no flavor, unseasoned quinoa, very little dressing. Thank god for the salty feta olives in my Mediterranean bowl. Looks much nicer than it tastes.
The customer service was disappointing, as the staff members were rude. Perhaps they are not paid well, which might explain their attitude. The food was decent, offering a healthy option for a quick meal.
Tried to order a smoothie at 8:52 and was told they’re closed but everyone closes at 9 so they refused a few customers who were standing there i think that’s poor management attitude
Disappointed overall. Maybe other stuff is better. Mezza bowl lacked any flavor and overpriced. Would not recommend.

The buffalo salad is fantastic! I made some customizations by asking for no cheese and no rice.
