"Great food, friendly staff. Soup is wonderful. Hard to find in a pod mall, but worth the visit. Order online for pickup. Only (no) beef is that the mushrooms are incredibly salty. Talk about the great management."

I rarely give all stars, but this place deserves more because the staff on the day we visited were excellent. The food they made was incredibly good and I had freshii food at downtown locations in Toronto and Mississauga, but that was different. We ordered a Umamii salad for me, a Spicy Lemongrass soup for the woman and the children were not hungry, but they ordered a green smoothie. The Umamii was made delicious and maybe the way companies wanted to be made. The taste, the kind and the perfect mix of dressing and all the other fixins were me. Perfect harmony. I'd give Freshii 4.5 stars if I could, I really do enjoy it. The staff are friendly and the food is always good but it's not quite consistent. Sometimes there isn't quite enough sauce in my bowl, or the noodles are just the tiniest bit undercooked. Still, I'll continue to go because I'm grateful for the option. I'm optimistic that in time these small things will get sorted and I'll adjust my review accordingly.
This place has really grown to me. I'm one of the freaks who are like one thing and always choose the same thing and never try something new. But this is actually the first place I really try LOVEEE to try new bowls and am thrilled to try out a few things! Even if you do not like spicy food they ask to mix the teriyaki sauce with it.
I am so glad to find a restaurant where there are many vegetarian and vegan options. I ordered a Teriyaki bowl, and first I thought it was expensive, but for $10 I got so much food. It was easily worth 2 meals for me. And as the name says, fresh. I definitely come back. This vegetarian is very happy.
