Furthermore, I reached out to the owner via email on Friday, August 5, 2022, and a week has passed with no response. Are they just responding to comments on Google Reviews to create a positive image? I'm really let down. As of my last update on October 3, 2022, I still haven't received a reply to my email, which they had requested. It seems there’s little genuine effort to address customer concerns—it feels more like a facade than anything else.

I absolutely love Freshii! My favorite items are the Spicy Lemongrass soup and the Freshii Green smoothie; they are my staples all year round. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I always know I can count on high-quality food and service when I visit. This location has been my go-to spot for a healthy and delicious meal in Stouffville for at least three years now.
This location is usually always clean. The only downfall is that their service can be slow sometimes as there is usually only two or sometimes only one worker and during peak lunch hours, do expect a bit of a wait. Otherwise, food is consistent and feelgood about ordering from here because of the cleanliness and sanitation of this location. Staff are also friendly.

I've dined at various Freshii locations across the GTA, wherever my work takes me, and this spot serves the smallest Freshii wrap I've encountered so far! Their portions are very limited, especially with the toppings. I even added chicken, but it still felt skimpy. The menu here could definitely offer more generous servings.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and my salad was entirely incorrect. I added $10 worth of extra toppings but received none of them. Instead, I got discolored cabbage, soggy wonton strips, and dried-out carrots. This was my first and last time ordering from here.

The staff was extremely friendly, but I found the portion sizes to be quite small. I've never encountered such a small salad before. Considering the portion sizes, I felt that it was overpriced.
