We recently went to Freys Café Brunch to have breakfast with friends. First, several wrong drinks were served and we waited in vain until the end for the additional cappuccino we ordered. The two orange juices were from a tetrapak instead of freshly squeezed, as stated on the menu. The tea or tea bags come from a discount store and you can taste it too. The waitress was totally stressed, which is probably why another repeat order was lost. The noise level was consistently uncomfortably high during our visit; at times we had the feeling that we were sitting in a train station hall.
