With friends for dinner. The place is always full, so pre-booking is obviously essential. The menu is quite limited. Three appetizers, three types of fondue and some desserts. The fondues are okay, but nothing special. I had better in many other places. My main criticism is the service. There are two ladies serving and you get what you order... but the service would best be described as brusque at the rude limit. The other problem is the terrible acoustics. You have to call to be heard. If you are looking for excellent fondue, a great location, good ambience and friendly service, ignore the Freiburger and go to Le Dezaley instead

If you love fondue then this place in Zurich is a must visit. They serve the traditional Fribourger Moite-Moite fondue and it is what you could expect of it. It is so nice that once the pan is empty it will make you wish you...had more. Definitely a place I’ll come back to when I visit Zurich.
This was our first Swiss cheese fondue experience. Cozy little restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the complimentary mini potatoes and bread pieces. Prices were comparable (or less) compared to other cheese fondue options in Zurich.
This place really has the best fondue in Zürich with very friendly staff! It fills quickly so you need reservations but totally worth it, if you like fondue. Note: cheese is stinky so be prepared to smell like fondue after!

I was very lucky to be able to be squeezed in as a solo traveler (make a reservation! . Food was delicious, staff a delight. Highly recommended!
