Friendly Bean Coffee

The very first time I went to Friendly Bean Coffee was back in August 2020, and I thought it was excellent. I loved their coffee, drinks, and went their sometimes ever since the first time I tried Friendly Bean. The menu at Friendly Bean has a wide variety of options for beverages rather they are made with coffee or not, and also baked goods breakfast foods. Friendly Bean Coffee also has limited-time and seasonal specials which can come in many different colors. The thing that I like from Friendly Bean the most is their Frappes, which are beverages blended with malt powder, and the Frappe drinks taste very similar to ice cream milkshakes from fast food restaurants and diners. I cannot share what their drinks or food is like, but I can say that the workers and the manager there were so kind! My fellow high school teachers and I were on a scavenger hunt during a professional development. We needed to trade a paper clip for other better items. We went to several businesses, but the last place we went was here at Friendly Bean Coffee. The employees working at the time called their manager to see what they could give us. I thought maybe we could get a few coupons to bring back to our staff. However, the manager told the employee to give us 100 $10 coupons to share with our staff!!!! Gosh, I REALLY hate to do this to a local business but I did not have a good experience here. My main issue was that the drink that was passed to me from the window was completely overflowing and spilled all over my car. (Photo attached) My second issue here is that the latte is 99% milk, 1% espresso, and light ice. The coffee just did not taste strong at all because there was so much milk. It tasted like sugar milk to me. I enjoy a more robust coffee flavor. The coffee was just wayyy too light for my preference. Bummer :

I go here almost every morning, not as much as I used to but when i can now. One of the best friendliest staff ive ever seen. Love the iced raspberry mocha, one of my friends got me hooked on to it and that's all i been getting every since lol. Very nice place to go

This is my favorite coffee shop in the northland! I go and take my Aussie with every week. We get an oatmilk lavender latte with extra lavender and a pup cup. It's our fav!!

The best coffee shop!! The vibe, the employees, the coffee... Literal perfection. The wait is worth it! (I appreciate the drive thru, as a mama of 2 littles)
