Taste of saltiness and close to cold food... Each month that passes by with this location, there 's more and more young workers, and less people that come in to eat. I called in for a pickup order at 6:53 pm, got there at 7:15, didn 't get my food til 7:30 pm. I originally asked for mini mozzarella sticks, but ended up with the three piece instead. The person on the phone failed to tell me in advance of what they did and didn 't have in stock. Why does it take close to 40 mins for such a basic order, especially with a slow night. I have been a customer of Friendly 's since I was 12. Patronizing this store for 23 years. I am 52. I have never received Reeses ice cream sundays so skimpy. When I called to complain I got into a screaming match with the supposed manager whose name I will not share publicly. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. Everyone deserves grace. The young lady that made the ice cream, I adore her from previous times there. Again, everyone is entitled to a bad day! But the response from the manager was totally unacceptable. She asked me Do you want a refund? NO I don 't want a refund. I want my ice cream! I took the loss and ate what was given to me. I was willing to go back for the sundaes to be remade...
I went here craving some nostalgic food, only to find that the restaurant no longer exists. The map hasn't been updated, and Friendly's website also reflects outdated information. It's frustrating that this location is still listed as open. I'm very disappointed. Please update all platforms to indicate that this location is closed.
The prices were a bit higher compared to my last visit a few years ago. They don't offer a senior discount anymore, but instead, you receive a complimentary sundae if you order from their Happy Ending menu (which we didn’t do). It wasn’t quite a Happy Ending for us, but the food was excellent, so I’m giving it five stars.

Terrible service. You go in wanting to experience the nostalgia and re-live happy childhood moments, but this location forces you to remember exactly why Friendly’s is going out of business. The old lady who sounds like she smokes is incredibly rude wow.
This restaurant is terrible. Had to wait ten minutes for waiter to come, who didn't give name. The ice tea was horrible. After waiting an additional 20 minutes for our food my guest and I lifted. I will not be coming back to this Friendly's
Terrible restaurant. Toke 20 mins to prepare one item even though i had called them 30 min ago. They don’t value your time. Such an unprofessional staff. Never coming back here and would highly don’t recommend this d grade restaurant
We went to this location last night. Very bad service. We even had one waitress (young lady) bring our food and slam it on table because they forgot a few small items and I ask her for them, very nicely. Manager also needs training.

I stopped by on Saturday, December 31, 2022, and it looks like the restaurant is closed. All the signs have been taken down. There was a notice on the door, but I didn’t get close enough to read it.
The food was great it just look a long while to get our food (i understand why though and our watier was super sweet
