PROS: We pulled a lot with a lot of parking next to the building. Once we knew it was very clean and friendly. I realized that half of the place was full, which tells me they're doing something here. The food was great and like any friend there was enough on the menu. The server, Victoria, was also very nice to us. She made the experience better. CONS: The food took a while to cook. Also there were no hosts on the podium. They only have a private bathroom that causes a number of people who need to use it. OVERALL: I think this place is like any ordinary friend. The ice cream was as always very delicious. The only complaint I asked for additional hot fudge on the side, but never got it. Otherwise very fast preparation service... not waiting at all. I wish there were closer kindness around me in Upstate NY, until then I have to stay here to enjoy the delicious Reese Peanut Butter Cup Sunday.
We had a great experience today!! We had a big party and our waitress did a phenomenal job!! There was a power failure due to a storm and we had to wait until the computer system ca. 30 minutes restarted, but that wasn't someone's fault. It happens. Our food and ice cream was great and all were happy.
