Had a craving for Friendly's since I haven’t had it in forever, and since this is the closest one to me (and only one around), I decided to head in! Our server Stephanie was phenomenal! She was extremely nice, had great suggestions when I couldn’t decide what I wanted…of course she suggested the Honey BBQ Chicken Supermelt (which is what I was leaning towards) and it did not disappoint! She was attentive and took great care of our table! It’s so nice to see that servers like Stephanie still exist willing to give it their all even when places are busy and short handed. I’d happily come back, especially if I know she’s working!
I went to this Friendly's last Sunday with my family. The host and waiter we had were very kind and attentive... but during our visit, we saw two mice in the dining area. Both of the mice skirted around costumers that were seated and caused most to leave. The staff closed the dining area to all new costumers.Normally my family loves this restaurant. It's extremely kid friendly and has great workers, but the mice are obviously a problem that has to be dealt with immediately.
I was just here in Haverhill tonight. Awful service and terrible food. I order a turkey dinner. The corn was heated up no butter nothing plain. The mashed photos was soupy. And a little bit of stuffing. The turkey was so salty. Also we ordered drinks and waited 20 mins for 2 sodas. And 45 min. For dinner. Then the server was so slow and also never came back to refill the drinks. Also. We ordered ice cream. 2 blizzards it took 30 mins for 2 ice creams. Horrible
I wanted to take a short bite to eat with my children and they were determined to go to ease. So I've been chasing. we set ourselves fast, our server stephanie was fast at the table. she brought us in, fed and faster than expected. I was impressed that she didn't even have to write something that didn't even make a mistake with our accusations. the whole staff was great, the manager even came out to ask us how we do it. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. We had Justice as our waiter and he really knows what he’s doing, and you can tell making the customers happy is his main priority. Food at friendly’s is always tremendous and you can never go wrong with such a classic restaurant. overall has a great time and great experience. I highly suggest requesting Justice as your waiter.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure that my friend and I had an awesome visit. I highly recommend coming here. The restaurant is great for both kids and adults. And don't miss out on the mini Motts and cheesy waffle fries - they are a must-try!
friendliness is always a favorite in our home. it was especially pleasant when we waited for us. she jumped directly into the communal culture of our family. she was fast, attentive and made sure everything was perfect. we enjoyed our experience very much. the food was really delicious and perfect. in any case will come back to ask wendy.
Just stopped by for ice cream but we love the food here. As always the ice cream was awesome and as decadent as one could hope. Other Friendly's that were much closer to my home were just as good so I don't understand why so many locations had to close, I miss them so. Reserva una mesa ahora
