We explained that we had three orders that were supposed to be ready by the time indicated in the email. The staff informed us that they hadn’t received the order until the time listed in the email, meaning it would take another 15 minutes to prepare everything.

The food took a long time to arrive and was overwhelmingly salty. The wings were a complete disappointment—they were so small! Paying $15 for 10 wings that were mostly bones feels outrageous. I didn't enjoy any aspect of the meal. I would never order from here again.
Ordered online and the website was easy to use. And the time it took for it to be ready was at the blink of the eye. Food came out HOT and ready and GOOD. I ate it in the car. Going back soon.
