I asked to speak with the manager to express my concerns and spoke with their General Manager, Kirk. He mentioned that our server had removed one of the breakfast bar items due to the wait for water but still insisted on charging me $10 for just a scoop of eggs and a couple of pieces of bacon, claiming it was the "best he could do." When I asked if I could discuss it with their District Manager, he told me he couldn't offer any more free food and that no one had informed him that the breakfast bar was empty. What happened to Frisches! Was my favorite! I have 99% of the time ordered a big boy and onion rings and I now have to order a super big boy to get the original size it used to be but the onion rings for the last few times has not been just not very good but HORRIBLE! they taste like they are from 2 days ago! They are hard and doughy and hard to eat if you want to! So disappointed and I don't think I want to go there anymore.
The restaurant had only one waitress, and I have to say, that lady in her late 40s to early 50s absolutely excelled in the dining room! She was efficient and definitely deserves a raise! The food was served hot and promptly, and she didn't even mind when we occupied a booth for two hours catching up with my aunts who were visiting from out of state. She deserves five stars!!!
My first stop on my recent trip home back to Cincinnati . Our first meal was Big Boy Cherry Coke and Fries our local Frisch's This was the Frisch's in my neighborhood I grew up in Mt. Healthy . The worst wrap ever made. The wrap was falling apart, tortilla may have been stale. Customer service was not the best. If you have a long line of cars in drive thru, it's best practice to have them move to the side to allow the flow of business.
A little bit of a wait in the drive thru but the food was ready when we got to the window. Order was correct and the food was hot. We were given condiments without having to ask which to me is getting rare anymore.
As always, the food and service were exceptional! We make a special effort to stop here whenever we're traveling. We will definitely be back!
