We were greeted as we came in by a man. Told we could sit anywhere. There was us and three other people in the restaurant. A total of three tables occupied. After 20 min, the man who greeted us finally asked if we had been helped. I said no. He hollered at a gal who came over. We decided we better place our whole order before she disappears (we could hear two ladies complaining to one another about their absent waitress). Eventually, our food came... and i asked for ranch for my chicken strips, and she offered to bring a refill. My family I have been big boy lovers since birth.. I am type 1 diabetic and took my medicine just before we arrived, When when we arrived we were told to sit anywhere there was only 1 family in the dining room eating, we sat for several minutes and no one greeted us, My sugar started to drop and I had to go to the front to ask for a drink as another family entered the restaurant, when I finally got back to my seat the waiter walked pass us and started to take the family order that just arrived in which I had to interrupt to tell her we have been waiting a while. We had no menus so she had to rush and find them. There were several workers on shift and most of the tables still had food on them
The air conditioning was not working and the interior appeared to be neglected, despite the fact that the restaurant did not seem old. The light next to our booth was flickering and the seat was wobbling. The food was decent and the kids enjoyed it. We will consider trying a different location next time.
Food was way over done, salad bar barely stocked, watermelon was fermented! Waitress was shitty when I told her she got two of the dinners wrong and forgot a Mac n cheese. Never fixed the mess ups. Never coming back to this location

Our waitress was amazing as we were waiting for the show to start at museum... she hurried and took care of us even though she was the only one on the floor... Thank You... we made show time. You were amazing...
Good atmosphere when I entered the building. I ordered their burger that looked similar to McDonald's Big Mac. Taste great and great staff.
They desperately need some help. The food was great. Our server was overworked and still hadeled out table well.
Plain and simple close them down this Frisch’s will mess Your entire day up!!!!!!!
