MARIE! She is the kindest, sweetest, and most awesome member of the team! She is so friendly, polite, and professional! She has the best customer service!! This is the BEST Frisch’s in the area. Come in the morning when MARIE is there and you will see for yourself. She never disappoints, and I think she rubs off on her co workers. Way to go!! It’s so rare to get good customer service I filled this out in their parking lot just so I knew it got done and she got recognition. Please promote her don’t lose her. Thank you MARIE!!
My husband and I stopped in to eat after a long, very stressful day and we were absolutely relieved to have such a kind and hard working waitress. She greeted us with a big smile, checked on us regularly and we never had to ask for refills. It's hard to get good service nowadays but our waitress was absolutely fantastic! Her name was Kristen. She definitely made our bad day better. We hope to stop by again soon and will definitely be requesting to sit in her section.
Was out in Batavia helping care for my grandmother, She wanted a Frisch's fish sandwich, So we ran up to the drive-thru and received excellent service, quick and efficient service and was served delicious and made to order food. We will most definitely stop back in as we have for many years! Thanks for always getting her order correct! We appreciate you can for those 80+ and the generations that follow!
Even though they were closing in 2 minutes, the staff were friendly and courteous and working hard to get everyone in line their food quickly. Loved the food, as always. But, has anyone else noticed the Super Big Boy is getting smaller? I guess it's just part of the down scaling on portions that places are having to do right now.
