Frisch's Big Boy Restaurants

My family and I had a great lunch at Frisch’s in Erlanger, KY on Friday, September 30, 2022. Our server, Elisabeth, made our visit very pleasant by keeping a close eye on our drinks and refilling them promptly. We each ordered a sandwich and French fries, which were served hot and just as we had requested. We definitely plan on returning to this location in the future. - Ron Powell

The restaurant offers delicious food, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices. Service is top-notch and the atmosphere is excellent. Recommended dishes include the Super Big Boy, Fish Sandwich, Grilled Cheese, and Onion Rings. Perfect for a dinner meal with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person.

I waited for an hour in the drive-thru only to receive cold food. I highly recommend avoiding Friachs on Dixie Highway in Erlanger, Kentucky. This was the worst dining experience I have had in 45 years. Food quality and service both received a rating of 1 out of 5.

The staff at this restaurant is very rude and the manager is highly incompetent. The restaurant and plates are dirty, with roaches crawling around. This place should be shut down. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1.

I found the grilled cheese to be tasty when paired with the homemade cream of tomato soup. However, the mac and cheese was a letdown. It was extremely watery and lacked the traditional baked mac and cheese texture.

I did not receive all of the food items I ordered. I tried to call to discuss the issue but received no answer or was hung up on. I am extremely disappointed.
