Every Frisch's I go to serves terrible tasting food and that's not all. You're lucky if you actually get what you ordered. This time I ordered online for pies. I ordered 2 pies to pick up on 11/18 for dinner on Sunday the 20th. Check your order before you leave the restaurant. I ordered 1 pumpkin pie and 1 apple pie. When we opened the boxes on Sunday I had 2 pumpkin pies and no apple pie to put the vanilla ice cream on that I had bought. I contacted them online and I've heard nothing. I'm not surprised. What surprises me is that these restaurants are still in business. This is the 3rd time a Frisch's has screwed up my order. I will never go to another Frisch's ever again.
I love this place normally, but the Google search hours said they are open at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I went to go to the dune in a dune in closed at 15 o'clock, one no one eats dinner at three on the afternoon I was very disappointed as I was with my family since I was a child with my mother.
Way to go Frisch's, AGAIN!! Got my order home to find NO FRIES with either fish platter order. Our orders have wrong or with missing items nearly 50% of the time lately. I'm tired of paying for stuff I don't get. Going to stop giving you my money.
My sister and I really enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. I ordered the Turkey Club Melt with fries and Mac and cheese, while she got the Patty Melt with a side salad. We ended up sharing half of our meals and our waitress was fantastic.

I love that in my recent trips through the drive-thru at this restaurant, I received Big Boys that came with ketchup and tartar sauce packs in the bag without me having to request them. It's a nice touch!
The lack of a breakfast bar due to COVID was disappointing, but overall it was a great experience. The service was wonderful, the restaurant was not crowded, and the food was great.
Waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and they weren't even busy… when my food finally was brought out to me the order was wrong.. absolutely ridiculous
the waiting time is ridiculously long to the point where cooking your own food would be faster. waiting for 15-20 minutes is not unusual. food: 3/5

Cost more than it was worth. The lady taking the drive thru orders definitely didn't appreciate customers bothering her that early.Food: 3/5
They go the extra mile to make sure my food fresh and my order is right. The front cashier is awesome(Danny).
