The food was absolutely delectable! Fast service, freshly made food and very reasonable prices. Parking is pretty awful so I suggest you go to find a parking spot prior to the ready time so your food is still hot once you get back home. Haitian cuisine is one of my favorites and this place does NOT disappoint. I ordered Legume, Sos poi, fried Turkey and black rice. Some prefer the sos poi on the side but my husband always puts it on his rice.
The food at this restaurant is consistently good, especially the fish. However, the customer service here is absolutely horrible. They do not greet you, even when they see you waiting in line. They allow other customers to skip ahead of regulars, which is unacceptable. It is especially frustrating when I am spending $40 on food. As a business owner myself, I would never tolerate this level of poor customer service. They need to do better.
The dining experience is inconsistent at this restaurant - good one day, but really bad the next. The customer service is very poor; instead of trying to improve the situation when you complain about the food, they become confrontational. The meat is a major disappointment, with bones frequently found in the dishes.
I ordered fritay (fried pork) and received mostly fatty parts. The akra and marinade were lacking, and I didn't receive any sauce. I also ordered legume militon with rice and beans, which was pretty good. Overall, the meal was nice. Reserva una mesa ahora
Food was ok. I could have saved 30$ by only spending $10 and eating at Wendy's. At least I could have used a coupon. Didn't even get a dry as salad. I mean. Come on. At that price I'm good
I called to order lalo, and each time I reach out, they tell me it's available on different days and keep changing those days. It's really unprofessional.
