In life we remember the soaring highs we experience and indeed the crashing lows, everything in-between is simply forgotten as we meander through our lives. I would love to have forgotten the 'burger ' I was served at this 'restaurant ' sadly it is now permanently filed in my memory as the single worst thing I have ever had the misfortune to bite into in 50 long years of dining memories. I became concerned when the patty was dropped into the chip oil and the owner became distracted by talking at us without interruption, eventually I guess, the correct amount of time had now passed for the burger to be submerged in used chip oil and retrieved. This was then delicately placed on the burger bun...
we called the previous day to find out if we could come to 12 people. it was told that it had no worries. we went there at the scheduled time and arriving on site we discovered three small tables in a dirty room. walls and floors were fat. We have a lot of trouble finding a restaurant tonight because we don't have a reservation. An evening almost ruined by this restaurant.
Very well welcomed by the boss with Belgian accent, not too long. The fries taste good but lack of cooking, and lack of coloring, otherwise stay very good, my son has feasted with his hamburger. Belgian friteries in Ardèche

One of the only fries around. It's a friendly owner who speaks three languages. Dinner's delicious. Definitely a hit man.
