at philou it's just the best pottery in the area. meat tastes, fries are well cooked and are not frozen. nothing comparable in the corner and yet I tested a lot since I live on carvin. to those who would be retiring after certain notices, during the fire cover and contain this friery was simply a victim of its success. so yes there was waiting but is this not normal for a service that offers only 3 openings instead of double over a week? special mention to the ch'ti burger, the mountaineer and the raclette.
