Friterie des Flandres

I love the small walled cities of Europe; we had a very pleasant visit to this gem. This establishment offers both take away and limited dining in on a covered deck. The staff was very helpful and you get quite a bit of food. The...menu consists primarily of sandwiches (which come with frites/fries/chips) and pizza. We ordered a variety of items and everyone enjoyed.

This Friterie is a basic staple of french life, serving good, honest and inexpensive food. A brief stopover in this lovely hidden gem of a town, only 20m or so from Calais, the Grand Place is the easiest way to park, eat and see some...of the sights. A reasonable Croque, a rather lovely local beer and a view of the Belfry. Marvellous !

visited on the cold, wet and windy Thursday in December. in the round this is a takeaway shop with covered outside seats, heated by gas fires. the omelett and chips were excellent quality. price: 9-, €. kind service. good local Ch’it bier. in any case worth a look when they visit this old town.

arrival at the end of the afternoon on bergues with a storm (the wipers to max) after the rain a little carillon and a good meal at the friery on terrace with doughnuts, panich'ti, hamburgch'ti and chicken all this in the maroilles with a nicely served ch'ti beer. Fries are excellent!

decided to go here for some riders and was warmly welcomed. I ordered a burger and some riders who proved to be a great part. both were really delicious and very valuable. even sat outside on a cold november evening with the heating...on and enjoyed eating there.

a kind of make shift brandise to make the cold for this food, but eating is amazing. had the horse in beer stew, which proved to be the most tasty! Many natives protected this place, which is recommended in itself. exceptionally good service.

very good dishes typical of the region for a very suitable price, friendly welcome and good atmosphere, to be recommended for those looking from specialties of the north

Apparently, only one food center is open around 20.30 o'clock food and overpriced: two beers and two chip baguettes €24. could not recommend and would not return.

you can go the eyes close for our part we know how to treat moneyadelles and chicken with a slaughter even the children we eat personal super pleasant and smiling

What delightful people that run this cafe ,took a group there and the service was excellent,very quick,very friendly and helpful,highly recommend.
