Our next stop at the attempt of the vegan offers in and around Dortmund was the Fritten cuisine. Beautifully located on Lake Phönix, it invited to taste homemade pommes. So we went to the sales window and ordered two portions of garlic fries with guacamole. We don't know much about guacamole and otherwise don't order, but unfortunately there was no other vegan sauce with the frits that is a real shame. This can be done better. Dachte ich kann leckere Pommes essen…falsch gedacht…zwei lieblose Angestellte ohne jegliche Motivation…30min Wartezeit auf eine Portion Pommes. Tische dafür wenigstens auch nicht sauber. Knaller war allerdings, das während des laufenden Betriebes von außen eine Mädchen hinter die Theke lief, das Personal lieb begrüßte und sich dann für sich und ihre Freundin erstmal was zu Essen zusammenstellte während andere Kunden warteten.Von der Hygiene mal ganz abgesehen, die hat sie nämlich mal so gar nicht interessiert.
Portionen sind ein Witz und die tollen Soßen und Dips kann man sich besser Sparen, weil sie Handwerklich nicht gut und lekka sind. Sie erinnen doch sehr an Fertigprodukte. Wir haben übrigens 30 Min. auf ein 5 Min. Gericht gewartet. Die Pommes waren ganz okay. Aber mal ehrlich, das was da auf der Tafel steht macht mein Azubi besser, schneller, selbstständig und alleine. Sehr leckere und knusprige Pommes. Phantastisch! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und vor allem sehr kinderfreundlich!!! Ganz toll und absolut empfehlenswert!
