I can't thank the team at Karl Tatler West Kirby enough for making my home-selling experience smooth from start to finish. Clare put me at ease during the photography of my house, and throughout the entire selling process, she guided me every step of the way, especially since it was my first time selling a property. Just wanted to say a big thank you to both the Sales and the Lettings teams at Karl Tatler especially Cheryl and Nicola at West Kirby Sales and Cat in lettings (and all the other staff involved) for making our house sale as painless as possible. Its never easy selling your home and from the beginning when we first met the manager Chris we were so impressed that he had done his homework on the property even before setting foot in our house to value it!!!! my experience of karl tatler west kirby was excellent and began with the wonderful gill that arrived on time and showed me the plot I wanted to buy. gill was very professional and gave me excellent advice, including those I had forgotten to think about it! my next experience was with rob in the office that was extremely professional and helpful. his friendly ton has made me feel easier during the first few. I utilized Tatler West Kirby for previous house sales, so it was a natural choice to return for my latest sale and purchase. Clare was incredibly appreciative of my home, Rob did an excellent job with the display, and Vicki handled the negotiations with professionalism and patience. They were all very responsive to my inquiries, both in person and via email. The sales progress team, particularly Kerry, was great at following up and addressing my concerns, which I sometimes had plenty of! Thank you all!
