I made an order for my child’s birthday a couple weeks ago which turned out better than I expected! One of the employees, her name was Kylie. She was very helpful and empathic. I was really frustrated and indecisive about my cupcakes because time was ticking. She literally is amazing, she helped picked my theme, colors and designs.
