Frostie Moose Ice Cream

I absolutely love the ice cream here, but I really dislike feeling pressured to leave a tip at checkout. Is a tip jar not sufficient? Why do you have to process a suggested tip before the order is finalized? The ice cream is reasonably priced, but do I really need to tip the staff an additional $2-5 for the brief time it takes to serve an ice cream cone? If the staff relies on tips to supplement their income, then Frosty Moose should consider paying them more (even if it means raising prices). I'm really not a fan of this forced tipping culture.

Icecream flavors always of the hook! Well worth the wait when there is a line. Staff always courteous and friendly no matter how busy it gets. Prices extremely reasonable considering how expensive everything else has become. It doesn't seem like they raised their prices from last year, but if they did it wasn't noticeable and it's still worth it to support this family owned business in our county. The best I've cream place around!!!

I’ve noticed everyone who leaves the store the employees always are so kind to them and say “have a good day” and kind stuff when they leave once me and my family left no one said anything and my sister said excuse me but no one lifted there head to attend us even if they were right in front of us they just acted like no one was there it’s really upsetting because we’re Hispanic

I visited this restaurant for the first time this weekend, and I regret not discovering it sooner! My son has a dairy allergy, and this is the first place I’ve found that offers delicious dairy-free ice cream that tastes just like the real thing. My two little ones had a fantastic time. Always a great experience! I've never been let down. The service is friendly, and while it can get busy at times, the line moves quickly. My only complaint is that they should offer Maple Walnut more frequently and cut back on the fruity flavors. No to fruit ice cream!

This local soft-serve ice cream shop has been a favorite of ours for years. I especially love their mint shake with chocolate chips mixed in. They also provide big straws for the shakes, which is a nice touch!
