This was our first time trying rolled ice cream. Me and my two children came in after school on Friday for good behavior. Once we walked in the man behind the counter didn't even look at us. He was sitting on the counter staring at his phone. I went to the front and said hello and still he didn't acknowledge me. I had to say it ANOTHER time before he looked up. No personality, no smile. Very bland. He also told me and my children to stay up front and to not go around the side which didn't make sense considering we were the only ones there and then when other customers who came in after were over there no problem.
