I bring my kids here all the time. The soups are always amazing and if you get the focaccia bread with it it's even better. They have a wide range of breakfast and lunch options that even people with dietary restrictions can find something filling and delicious to eat.The juices and smoothies are like nothing you'll find anywhere else, and the desserts are incredible. Best part is everything there is good for you!

This is one of my regular stops for lunch. I loooove several of the items on the menu and always try the soup of the day. The juices will also get you fired up to tackle your day. Many of my fave dishes reside here. Love it! And being vegetarian I have no worries finding many yummy things to choose from.

This is a great local stop for a healthy, made-with-love meal. Fresh ingredients made with intention meals. Amazing smoothies-favourite so far is the fairytale rose with local made kombucha.

I can always somet wonderful vegan food here. Everything is fresh and the staff are very nice. I drop in regularly and am always pleased.
