Frutta Bowls - Reserva de mesa

. I had a co worker of mine order a Frutta bowl with no bananas. Once arrived back at work the bowl has bananas in the base. I am highly allergic to bananas. As a Frutta bowl worker in 2016, I know you are supposed to ask if there is an allergy. I called up the store and nicely asked if I could come back and switch the bowl. The “owner” Kacey, informed me she can not and will not help me and will not let me switch out the bowl since we said no banana, she assumed that meant to banana on top and not in the base. The food here is excellent and as per my observations, all of the staff members are very nice. The reason for 3/5 stars is because of the reduced portions. The serving sizes have reduced tremendously. They 've pretty much made their small size their regular size. I can 't even imagine what the small size looks like now! Before, I didn 't mind paying a couple extra dollars to eat here because the food is just that good, and you could honestly get two servings out of a regular bowl. But now, over $11 for a regular bowl at it 's current smaller, handheld size? Now it 's barely enough for one serving! Sorry, but I think this is the last time I 'll be ordering from them. They have made quite a lot of their small size their regular size. I can't imagine what the little size looks like now! I used to refuse to pay a few extra dollars to eat here because the food is just so good, and you could honestly get two portions from a normal bowl. I was so disappointed in how this place looked today. The bathroom was a mess. The cutting board was dirty. I ask the young lady to wipe it down before she started cutting my fruit. She said ok. Her other coworker started to make my bowl. I said wait can you please wipe down the board. She told me the she was just move to the other side or the board. Employees of this store regularly raid the nearby aldi for cheap berries, pineapples and almond milk leaving nothing behind for the average consumer and making a quick buck out of the smoothie business.Advice to the owner: get your own commercial supplier and leave the $1.99 blueberries to people who really need them.

I ordered the combo featuring the classic acai bowl and a green machine smoothie. Both were delicious and expertly made. The staff were also very friendly.
