Fuego - Reservar una mesa

Unfortunately, Fuego was quite possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had. The cocktails were not well made, the service was so backed up that in an hour and a half we hadn’t ordered dinner, and the appetizers were disappointing. The guacamole $18 was fine, but the choriqueso $16 was inedible; the chips were an odd mix of old/burnt house chips and what seemed like nacho chips. Due to what they called an error in the printed gratuity policy, the billing was also incorrect, which led to a weirdly aggressive confrontation with the manager the issue could’ve been resolved very easily had he not insisted on forcefully talking over us and trying to “correct” us with incorrect information...

Made the mistake of eating here on the 4th of July. While the outdoor location was perfect for viewing the fireworks and the band was wonderful, the service was bad and food even worse. I understand it was a busy night, but the waiter spilled drinks on my purse and bumped into my chair multiple times during dinner. The most disappointing part of the experience was the food. I ordered a Caesar salad and instead of getting chill crusted croutons (as listed on the menu) they gave me cubed white wonder bread, not even toasted! I could go on and on but I won’t. If you only care about ambiance, and food or service isn’t a deal breaker, then you may like it at Fuego.

Great views and ambience. Service was good nothing to shout about. Calamari appetizer was inedible. When we pointed out to server, it was removed from the bill, so that was good. Chilean sea bass was 10/10 ! Very flavorful. 20% gratuity automatically added to tab not a fan of that practice. Otherwise a pleasant dining experience

Not enough staff for a holiday event. Staff present was kind and helpful. Some of our food was cold and we were told upon arrival they were short staffed so we would be waiting for food for a while.

Not a dinner place and pricey appetizers and dinners same portion as appetizers
