We came to the carts tonight for dinner. Both of us ordered fish Burrito's. The burrito's themselves were ok, but the fish was past it's prime and should have never been served. Smelled fishy..tasted even worse. I opened up my burrito and removed all the fish, my friend threw her burrito away it was so bad. I stopped by the cart as we were leaving to tell them the fish was bad...the young man looked at me like I was from another planet. I told him that the fish shouldn't be served to other customers and he told me that our two burritos were the last of the fish. Our burritos were $15.00 each! No Apologies, no offer of a credit no nothing...NEVER COMING BACK!

First time visiting the Happy Valley Station food cart pod. What a great place for dinner after a day on Mt. Hood. There is something for everyone. We got our meal at Fuego and it was spectacular. We had the shrimp ceviche and chips?what a goodappetizer. The carnitas tacos were flavorful with just the right amount of fat. The crispy fish tacos had a nice size piece offish with a colorful mango salsa. The tacos come with two flour tortillas, so you don?t have to worry about the contentsspilling out. We also shared a shrimp rice bowl with a lot of fish, beans, avocado, rice, and a spicy (cheese? sauce.Definitely recommend everything we had.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! I just placed a big online order for pickup because they’re listed as open, drove all the way there, and they’re closed. Called the number online and the mailbox is full. Now I have to call my credit card company.

The soup was very authentic and had a little bit of spice to it (just perfect amount). The tacos were great I had asada and carnitas the asada was definitely better. Mexican corn was amazing gonna get your hands dirty definitely.

my fiancé rated this place a 3/5 because there were a few big chunks of fat in his tacos and the churros were too crispy for his liking. as far as birria tacos go, there are better carts. next time we will try something else!

Tasty chicken and veg tacos!! The guac was chunky and well seasoned. The salsas were obviously house made and had kick without too much heat. Delicious food all around! I?ll be back!

Way to expensive and just okay as far as a taco goes. The fish taco was the only one out of the 4 we tried that had me saying oh man this is good. The rest were just medium.

Amazing food. The chicken tacos are incredible as are the birria tacos. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I can't wait to go back!!!!

The food looks good but I think it will be way better if he didn’t season the meat too much it was

If you want carne asada don’t come here cause they gonna tell you they not serving it
