The handling of food at this restaurant is incredibly poor, and the overall sanitary conditions are alarming. They really need to improve cleanliness for the sake of their customers' health. The burnt, overly acidic beans were unappetizing, and the refrigeration area was filthy. The storage spaces for food were also very dirty, which is unacceptable. They really should consider closing down until these issues are addressed.
The food here is extremely disappointing; they clearly lack knowledge about Guatemalan cuisine. Everything is bland, with the exception of the cheesy dishes like the cheesy beans and the meat. If they don't understand how to prepare traditional Guatemalan dishes, then why even attempt it?
