We came to celebrate my daughters birthday. We have been coming here for years. We were seated in the booth as requested. The restaurant decor hasn’t changed in 20 years and sometimes that’s a good thing but it’s not the case here. It feels outdated, the menus are dirty. The booth wasn’t clean either(mind you this is an “experience” reservation that requires a $75 per person minimum There were dusty cobs all over the light fixture… There’s nothing exciting about the menu. We ordered lobster and seafood soup which was ok. Gyozas ok, Shumai wasn’t great…. Shishito peppers never made it to the table. We ordered a bunch of Sushi, Sashimi and Rolls in my opinion a good supermarket sushi tastes better. The presentation is something you would see in a tourist trap restaurant tacky LED lights… I also ordered some Toro nigiri and it was really bad…. Overall the food was just ok. Service was good. When I made the reservation I specifically noted that it’s a special occasion and even wrote down my daughter’s name thinking they would acknowledge that and maybe send a cup of ice cream with a candle(or even a LED: but nothing…. One more thing there’s a hideous robot that does nothing but goes back and forth around the restaurant and bumps into the guests probably the most stupid thing I’ve ever seen. If you check my reviews you would see that I’m usually very positive this restaurant needs a major overhaul I won’t be coming back here.

ambience (4/5): one of my favourites is the individual cubic in which they sit groups. it may not be the most beautiful place, but this cubic.

they go into an aesthetic peaceful environment, just to find out that they are a spaceship where each sense of intimacy scatters as they are.

Really delicious! The restaurant is located directly on Beacon Street, nearby is a parking service. After 8 a.m. and Sunday, parking is free.
