It will be preferable that for skewers the nuts of holy jacques are whole but the price would be different. specialties (sashimis, sushis) are well made, they taste. the price of 15€ for a menu with free drink is satisfactory.
One of the best Japanese in Melun. The fish are fresh and quality, prepared to order. Over the years that I've been going there, it's always the same quality. I recommend.

We were very surprised by this fuji restaurant, with classic sushi, a very fast service, and fresh watermelon for dessert!
