I visited for the first time today after coming across a mix of reviews. The food was outstanding, and the restaurant had a lovely cozy atmosphere. However, the service could use some improvement. It was lunchtime and we were the only customers, so I expected the staff to be eager to make us feel welcomed, but it took them a while to acknowledge us after we seated ourselves. Perhaps they were experiencing a lag and felt frustrated, but it's important to remember that customers are the ones keeping the business afloat! The sushi here is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, the service leaves something to be desired. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out so I could inquire about my online order. Despite that, I would absolutely recommend trying the sushi—it’s definitely worth it!

Oh no. The service is incredibly slow, they forgot about half of our order, and the portions are small. It's worth the drive to Rome or New Hartford to find better sushi.
