Fuji Sushi - Reservar una mesa

The Dynamite Roll is great! One of my favorites, especially with a tiny bit of soy sauce, there are so many flavors that blend and balance each other. It is ever so slightly greasy, so dont wait too long to eat it after being made. It is not a "fresh" tasting roll. But it is fantastic. The Rainbow Roll* is okay. Not my favorite, but a good recipe of classic sushi ingredients. Somewhere inbetween a "fresh" tasting roll and a not so fresh. Maybe if you order it early in the day rather than later (after 7:00) it would be better. Fuji Sushi is a nice place and the best sushi around Union Park/Waterford Lakes for your money in my opinion. Specialty rolls are generally great. I am certainly a return customer!

Decided to retry this place but I remembered why I never reordered from them. The sushi is awful. Nothing tasted fresh and way too fishy smell. I ordered $40 worth of food and after 3 sushi bites threw it away. If you want good sushi try Fujiyama.

United Roll* is my favorite. Its not the best spot in Orlando but its good, reliable and affordable. As a sushi connoisseur theres something for everyone on the menu. Quality of sushi pretty good. Nice staff.

Spicy tuna roll IS NOT what is pictured. Its a blend of wasabi mayo and a little tuna that is really disgusting. Its mostly mayo to the point that the rolls lose their shape. DO NOT ORDER!!

To be honest the crunch wasnt crunchy at all on the , Super Shrimp Crunch Roll, I wouldnt recommend. The Fried Calamari 6 oz was amazing though! And they fill the sauces to the top.
