I found that there was no quality Japanese restaurant in Troyes until I discovered this one, which I didn't know at all. It’s word of mouth and I’m not disappointed! The products are fresh, it feels like it is made with love. There is a bit of a wait since everything is made on demand, which is a guarantee of quality. The prices are reasonable, the service lovely and we can't wait to return! Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options are offered, which is very nice.
