Fujiyama Sushi à Volonté

I appreciated the quick service, but it felt like all the waitstaff were in a rush. Maybe it's just me, but I don't understand why they charge $1 for each piece of sushi. While I agree that food pricing can be unconventional, I was surprised to find that they still charged me for my leftovers when I took a doggy bag. If I order takeout next time, will they double the charge since I won't be eating on-site? Will they come to my house to count how many pieces I have left and bill me for those? I'd appreciate some clarification on this.

My husband and I had an all-you-can-eat sushi lunch today, and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, the food was good, but we felt that the rice on the nigiri sushi was a bit excessive for our taste. It would be perfect if the rice portion were about a third smaller. On a positive note, the food wasn't overly salty, which allowed us to truly savor the flavors of each ingredient! I would definitely return.
