Full Moon is one of the best sushi restaurants I've been to in San Diego! Sushi was modern, delicious and beautifully plated. The entire staff (especially our sushi chef Albert) were incredibly fun and hospitable to us. We loved the Milky Way Roll, Spicy Yellowtail Roll, and garlic edamame was some of the best I've had! Atmosphere is trendy and inviting and would make an excellent date spot. Would recommend to make reservations since this is such a popular restaurant. Cannot recommend Full Moon enough!!

Excellent sushi place. It's right in Gaslamp District SD. We sat at the bar and had several dishes. We tried several items we have never tried before. The sushi was very fresh. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was a little bit on the pricey side. But, you get what you pay for. Well worth it and will be a spot to stop in the future when we are back in SD.

I absolutely loved this place! When we visited during happy hour, the new guy was in training, and he crafted some fantastic cocktails. The service was exceptional! We definitely plan to come back when we're in town again. By the way, the happy hour prices for drinks are really great!

Came for a quick meal after a performance at the Civic Theatre. Service was attentive, though it took a while for our three rolls to come out. I came to San Diego for a long weekend and this was truly one of the best meals my fiancé and I had during our trip! Our service was wonderful and our server offered helpful recommendations. The highlights for us were the clam miso soup, carpaccio, and Sailor Moon roll.

Flew to SanDiego for a daddy daughter trip. My daughter wanted sushi. We didn't have reservations. We were seated quickly. Boy was the sushi awesome, and the managers were so great and hard working. If your ever in San Diego stop in

We had dinner at Full Moon for my birthday. It was our first time dining there. The food was excellent. The service was amazing. We will definitely be back. Great experience!

They “forgot” about our phone number and party and we were always “the next table” for about 2 hours. Then they were closed
