Edit: Was not paying attention, review meant for the San Diego location. However, I have no doubt the portions, quality and service are no different.Best gyro I've had in San Diego in all of my three years. Living in Hillcrest thus far, Furn Saj in particular is a standout in a sea of bland, overpriced and mediocre at best options. On point portions for the price, warm and friendly welcome pickup experience. If you're in the mood for Mediterranean, pass on the disappointingly inconsistent Olympic Cafe on University and opt for this delightful spot.

Good was so nasty . We love Mediterranean food and we love humus but this place was so bad we took a couple bits and didn't want to eat any more . Humus is to creamy chicken and beef was really dry . Taziki sauce was water downThis was our first time here and this will be our last . We called to complain and the guy just laughed . Not professional at all . Everything was bad and taste like they sprayed lemon all over everything this pic only came with 4 pieces of chicken and 5 pieces of beef .

I wanted to love this place since I know and love the Northridge location. But there is something that is just not the same:-at least 25% of the chicken shawarma was dry and hard to eat- the hummus has too much lemon- the pita or lavash is undercooked and mealyI haven't tried the zataar and am hesitant since these go-tos of mine are off the mark.I hope they see this message and improve. I would love to have this place as a regular place to enjoy

Nice place! Not much for the atmosphere, but good food. I have not had a single thing here that I do not like. I really hope they get the ice machine fixed though! Recommended!Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian dishes!

Good Mediterranean food. We ordered the Zaatar flat bread and beef shawarma sandwich. The sandwich comes in two halves and is very filling. So good we ate part of it before remembering to take a picture!
