Fusion Cafe - Reserva de mesa

We recently visited Fusion Cafe on a Saturday night, and while the place was fairly empty, we were delighted by the array of delicious flavors! We were particularly eager to try the Beef Stew Noodle dish, as we had only experienced it once before in another city, and had been on the lookout for another restaurant that serves it. Although I’m not an expert on noodle dishes, I devoured this one in no time. The noodles had a homemade quality, the beef was tender and scrumptious, and the broth was rich in flavor—truly the perfect meal for a chilly day. I highly recommend starting with dumplings; we tried the chive and pork ones and really enjoyed dipping them in chili oil and soy sauce.

I had lunch there yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and we chose to dine in while many others picked up takeout. We were able to customize our orders according to our preferences. Everything was delicious, and we had plenty left over. By the way, the portion sizes for takeout are quite generous!

Authentic northeastern China home made style with little coating and grease. The style caters for northern Chinese style that is popular for frequent visitors. You can see the basic materials from the finished dishes and the famous suancai dunfentiao, or sour cabbage with port and starch noodle is the truly center piece.

This is one of the few authentic Chinese restaurants in the Milwaukee area. The food is fantastic! Be sure to ask about the hidden menu item, "chive and egg pancake." We also ordered the dessert, shredded pork with seaweed cake, and it was phenomenal! This is definitely a must-try Chinese restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

Super friendly and great food, not expensive at all. Got beef stew noodle, awesome!!! Update: went back and got the curry chicken rice dish, very nice as well. I would recommend the chicken cutlet curry noodle too, delicious.

The menu was diverse and interesting The food was delicious and fresh The service was great timely and not intrusive The layout was simple clean and warm I will be back to try this tripe and other meals

Great food and reasonable prices. Got the general tso's and fried beef noodles. Would definitely order again.
