Impression on initial arrival wasn't good. The condition of the establishment was rough. lots of exposed wiring on the ceiling, decorations seemed quite old, deteriorating, dirty and not maintained. And many flies could be seen buzzing around on the inside. There were not many people there and we stood around for quite a long time not even certain whether we were to seat ourselves or wait. there was no sign, and no waiter to be seen. After an inappropriate amount of time an employee finally appeared, whizzed past us while exclaiming we could sit wherever we wanted before he they continued to his work waiting tables. So we picked a table, and waited. and waited. and waited. It soon became app...
The food here is really good .Nice portions, fresh and flavorful. But, that's if you decide to not to leave for another place! It's unfortunate that the service is so poor. Would it be too much to hire another waiter? There's only so much one person can do! When you wait for more than 1h30minutes for a meal, it's just not right. It's nice that it's a bring your own wine, but is it supposed to make you forget that you are waiting an insanely big amount of time? If the service is poor, maybe think about offering a discount or something to compensate the customer. Its getting to be a bit exaggerated.
I went on a few occasions to this restaurant I find the excellent food with a lot of choice but the service is so slow the last time we had the time to drink all our bottle of wine and slowly a couple close to us went looking for a second bottle so if you are patients go there it is an excellent restaurant., I didn't return to it regret because of the really slow service.
This restaurant has the worst service I have ever experienced. If you have a green tea allergy like me, be cautious because even after asking three times not to have it, the server still managed to give me a tea with jasmine and green tea. Unfortunately, I realized too late that he didn't fulfill my request.
