I eat sushi with the family that this restaurant has for nearly 25 years and to this day this counts as one of the best Asian fusion and sushi restaurants in the country. Originally the owners of Fuji at the border of Westfield and Garwood, the son of Yao is now the chef and owner of this pleasant little bistro and his ability to show food and create award-winning taste is unmatched. The attention to each and every dish is amazing and the delicious teas they serve compliment the fresh rolls, fish and other sorted delicacies. Today he surprised me with a chicken Parmesan Roll, which was an Italian lover dream. Make your best to go to peak hours and if you want, you can order online or by phone. This is the place to go for yummy, moderately expensive, and a casual culinary experience. Only drawback is that the place is very loud, as I said, eat from Peak or order online. Yao, stop it!
