"I have given one star to this place because i cant find anything less than that. My mates and i went there for dinner. All the meals were Just tasteless and unbearable. Non friendly staff. Despite of bad food very expensive. Never going back there again."

Went there along with my mates for dinner before heading off to kingpin bowling, as it was just almost front of the venue, we thought trying thai food for that evening but this restaurant is terrible for any food, we had almost 7 different dishes and non of them tasted like thai food. One of my mate he had ordered Takeaway but after having this food he opted out and went to counter to cancel his order but the staff was like it has been already cooked???? are you serious ? He even mention he didn't like the food. Thats not customer service. As a token of good will, to satisfy their customer they should have cancel his takeaway order without any hesitation, but anyways this was our 1st time to Thai Paragon and definitely the LAST ! PLEASE AVOID!!!!!
I have eaten here a few times & have always found the food to be quite tasty but the service could be a bit better.Dined here last night with my bestie, they forgot our order after an hour we enquired to where our food was & the waitress had said it didn't print in the kitchen.On the verge of Hangry, she took our order again & after 10 minutes we had our food. They got one of the dishes wrong but were quick to fix it. Bill = 20% discount.Overall, the place is nicely decorated & the food is quite tasty. The Massaman lamb keeps us coming back despite the hiccups. Would recommend the chicken chili basil noodle.
I've been eating here for either lunch, dinner or delivery for over 5 years (over 30 times) and I cannot help but notice the gradual reduction in portion sizes (especially the lunch menu). Perhaps the proprieter could take notice of this. The ambience is fine for lunch - quick and efficient. However it is not quite up to scratch for a nice dinner out, especially with kids. The attempt at rustic charm decor doesn't quite seem to work in the evening.Regardless of the above, the quality and taste of the food cannot be faulted.
After waiting 20 minutes for lunch takeout, I asked where my order was.They said, it will take more time. How much time, I asked. They said 15 more minutes. They said I could get my money back. What kind of customer service is that? Do they think people have unlimited time to wait for noodles during lunch break. No apologies, no smiles, rude staff.
