My go to pizza place in Flemington for many years. Far from the best I've ever had but solid and among the best of many mediocre offerings in the area. Owners Hector and his wife are very nice, hardworking people. Service is consistently friendly and accommodating.
Got 6 pizzas from gabbys for a bounce city birthday party. My son has a severe egg allergy and they promised to mark a pie and take extra care with it. He was able to eat it without any issue and we all enjoyed the pizza a lot. Thank you Gabby’s!

The service is quite poor. While the staff is Hispanic, if you don't speak English, don't expect them to explain anything about the pizzas in Spanish. It feels as if you're asking for a favor just to get basic information. Reserva una mesa ahora
Ordered a penne vodka pasta without chicken and when I opened it there was pieces of chicken and there was no Parmesan cheese or any other topping added to the dish
The service was excellent, even though we visited on a holiday like Independence Day and it was quite late. They still took great care of us.
