Bingen am Rhein RECOMMENDATION Summer 2018 Restaurant Gaggianer Badergasse 36 Bingen am Rhein On the Rhine it is not only beautiful as here in the small town of Bingen am Rhein, on the Rhine there are also numerous excellent restaurants, nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Rhine Valley, which one should have visited once. One of these recommended restaurants is the restaurant Gaggianer, located in a beautiful green oasis on the edge of the pedestrian zone, in Badergasse 36 in the centre of Bingen am Rhein. The ambience at the restaurant Gaggianer is wonderful and you feel right at home. Whether you make it comfortable in the beautifully planted summer garden or in the rusticly decorated guest rooms, you feel very comfortable here immediately. In the restaurant Gaggianer you will receive highly recommended regional and European dishes, which will serve you the very attentive and friendly service team. We felt very comfortable and thank the entire team of the restaurant Gaggianer for the great hospitality and the really excellent dinner. Great atmosphere in the courtyard and also in the guest room. The choice of dishes is limited, but changing season card. There are some classics, but also more "creative" dishes. Several vegetarian dishes are always available, partly vegan. We were probably 10x and the food was always great! Sometimes something salty, but never so that it really disturbed. The food is usually really delicious. Cons: Often full. There is nothing like good in Bingen and people know that. Because of Corona there is often no room. Unfortunately, some contradictory statements of the service "we do not keep tables" were reserved on arrival. Overall, the service is the only thing that is sometimes improvement-worthy. Here I have had various experiences.
We were 10 people in Gaggian today and were completely satisfied. The phone reservation was very friendly. We were served very nice and friendly, the staff was competent, beautiful and fast. The menu super, the food, incl. dessert, delicious, all very good and super. A beautiful afternoon!
