Wow what a great find! This year I organised a large ski group and we previously struggled to find a restaurant big enough to take our group. Not this year! I had emailed Julien (the manager) before we arrived and had a great level of communication. When we arrived in the resort I visited Julien and was shown the venue. What an amazing place! Beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Julien mentioned there would be live entertainment on the night which was just what we were looking for! The evening was ruined by one very rude waitress. Upon arrival she was abrasive. It took 25 minutes to place a drinks order despite the restaurant being almost empty. She then forgot to bring the water. All food arrived at the same time which wasn't ideal and the quality of the food was reasonable, not exceptional. The oil used to fry the prawn tempura clearly needed changing. However, it was the service which stood out for the wrong reasons. As our glasses were empty, I attempted to get the attention of the waitress to order more drinks. I waited patiently but she ignored us. C’était la première fois quand je suis allé, j’avais vraiment envie d’essayer depuis un bon moment, car j’aime bien les sushis. C’est un beau restaurant, les sushis sont bons, mais l’accueil c’était une déception… du début jusqu’à la fin, le responsable on suppose qu’il était bourré pendant le service, il arrivait à peine à parler correctement, il comprenait pas notre question… on s’est pas senti confortable. Heureusement qu’il y’avait la fille avec les cocktails très bons et qu’elle nous a donné la carte sushi qu’on a attendu 15 min parce que ils nous ont donné deux carte de vins.
We were skiing with a large group of 40 people plus and we visited Giai For an evening meal, which ended up a surprise dance event and disco as well which we/I were not expecting. It ended up being a fantastic night with excellent atmosphere, lovely wine, and excellent service and beautiful food I was very very impressed. dinner with friends, interesting and well-kept environment, very tight menu and limited to raw fish. the ordered dishes were particularly appreciated the sashimi of salmon and the dragon roll. very uncommon service, the orders were brought over time and without consistency. From gaia we ate a great Japanese at height meters.
The place to be! Gaia is the new restaurant in Moriond not to miss!! A very tasteful interior design and a festive atmosphere! Nice music and dancers and also very nice food. We started with oysters and moved on the fish in salt. Incredible!!
very good sushi with curchevel, a great bravo to the chef for the realization of his delicious sushis. special mention also for very good cocktails. very welcoming staff and warm restaurant. I can't wait to come back!
Very bad food. Atmosphere is nice BUT if you are a Sushi fan go somewhere else fish felt not fresh.. Service was OKish. NOT recommended.

Very nice setting. The food was very good. The service was not proportional with the prices charged. Sushi is expensive. Gaia as well.
A superb restaurant to have dinner! Great oysters, a very nice fish in salt and an amazing 'cote de boeuf '. nice music by the DJ
