Galangal - Reserva de mesa

Reservamos aquí para una cena rápida (y temprana) el viernes por la noche. Fueron muy espaciosas cuando reservamos durante 18 horas, pero tuvimos que cambiar a las 18.30 en las que estaban muy felices. La camarera fue súper eficiente y muy útil. Pedimos el curry de Massaman, que era muy de buen gusto (si era un poco mojado, pero hemos ordenado demasiado arroz, tan feliz, podríamos jabones la salsa sexy con nuestro arroz extra!) Y el crujiente vientre de cerdo con ensalada de mango verde. También tuvimos el apoyo de pollo tailandés. El vientre de cerdo crujiente era delicioso, crujiente, bien sazonado y la ensalada refrescante y picante. La almohadilla Thai era un poco de degustación que flu...

We booked here for a quick (and early) dinner on a Friday night. They were very accommodating in that we booked for 6pm but needed to change to 6.30pm which they were very happy to do. The waitress was super efficient and very helpful. We ordered the massaman curry which was very flavourful (if a little wet but we ordered too much rice so happily we could soap up the delightful sauce with our extra rice!) and the crispy pork belly with green mango salad. We also had the chicken pad Thai. The crispy pork belly was delicious, crispy well spiced and the salad refreshing and spicy. The pad Thai was a bit bland tasting but was a good accompaniment to the other very flavourful dishes. Nice selecti...

Delicioso. Es difícil encontrar comida tailandesa en Perth, que no es barata y baja. Eso fue perfecto. Tuvimos el plato de camarón PRIK KING GOGG: los mejores camarones tailandeses que nunca tuve ninguna pregunta. Tenía el curry de Massaman, que era muy hermoso y el pollo del anacardo era delicioso. Ninguna comida eran aceitosa, todo era premium y delicioso. Muy buena comida. Solo lo redujo a un 4 porque descubrí que nos había hecho para el agua cuando lo devolvió a la mesa ... eso es arrastrando que no me gusta eso.

Delicious. It's difficult to find Thai food in Perth that isn't cheap and low quality. This was perfect. We had the Pad Prik King Goong prawn dish - best Thai prawns I have ever had no question. Also had the Massaman curry which was very nice and the cashew nut chicken also delicious. No meals were oily all were premium and yummy. Really nice quality food. Just reduced it to a 4 because I found out they charged us for water when they kept bringing it to the table...that's sneaky I don't like that. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food: 3/5 Service: 2/5 For a place that has a fine dining feel and prices to match, we were shocked to be seated at a Bunnings tressel table hidden under a black table cloth! ???? Every dish was well presented, tasted satisfactory but overpriced. A large bowl of tom yum soup with a few prawns was $24 and a bowl of plain rice was $5! Dessert (pictured) is the only thing I would go back for: coconut ice cream with a 'tea-ramisu' ($14). I won't be heading back anytime soon.

This place was very busy for a Tuesday night, so it must be popular, but I was very let down by the portion sizes. We ordered the tofu red curry - delicious, the deep friend tofu with cashew and sweet chilli sauce - average, the massaman beef curry (which is usually a winning dish) was tough. The pad thai was ok, but ive had better at a hawkers. The green curry chicken was also overcooked and the chicken was chewy. Its expensive and the servings are small.

Lovely looking restaurant and the meals were beautifully presented. Food was good but not great, lacking spice and will definitely request extra hot/chilli next time as the standard "medium" was disappointing. Very quick and efficient service although when entree plates were being cleared we were told we had to take back the dirty cutlery and keep them on the table for our mains. I've never had this experience before and I did think it was a bit strange.

When we arrive the restaurant is reasonably empty, but by the time our plates were cleared away almost every table was occupied - not to mention the hoards Reserva una mesa ahora
