beloved, friendly staff and the pub was full of military memories, we came from birmingham to watch the Tranmere game and came here to ask a taxi on the floor,wish we could have stayed longer than they only sold my favorites behind the bar....Bumbu x

Great pub , great atmosphere and lovely staff . Best Guinness in the North West .. gorgeous pizzas . Handy for Hamilton Square station, and the ferry over to Liverpool . Highly recommend this pub .

The best pub in the area bar none, quality traditional pub, the food is great, and the outside area is like an uptown bar. Highly recommended! Love it
