Came in a little late, around 8:10pm, I try not to go to places so late because I understand it can be frustrating. However I didn’t not expect such an unenthusiastic atmosphere the guy taking my order did not sound like he even wanted to be there whatsoever and the lady who gave me my food didn’t even say a word to me, even after I said “thank you, I hope you have a good night”. I ordered a calzone and was missing two of the toppings I ordered inside. Everything else wasn’t too bad, but am very disappointed in the staff and the calzone I ordered. I’m an Uber/Door Dash driver and have done probably 10 deliveries through Gambinos now. Tonight’s experience would be a 6 star review if that was possible. The order was ready and waiting and the gentleman up front was very friendly and welcoming, which goes a long way with me. Gambinos was the first job I had growing up and it makes me happy to see the next generation of young guys and gals still holding down the fort and treating people so nicely. Keep up the great work
We were the only people in the store, but it still took about 20 minutes to get anything. The crust, as I've experienced it on multiple occasions, is 75% raw and unpleasantly heavy. There's virtually no sauce and all the toppings, from the meat, to the cheese to the peppers, are almost undistinguishable from eachother with their bland, lifeless flavor.
